Return Policy

You have the right to return your order within 14 days.
You can register your return here via our return form or if you want to exchange a product.

Return Costs
Belgium: €4.95
Europe: €9.95

Returned products will be refunded upon receipt to the account on which the order was placed.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned undamaged in its original packaging.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the package is received in good condition (even for lost packages), and if necessary, the customer must prove return shipment with a shipping receipt.

If the entire order is returned, the shipping costs will be refunded; if only a part is returned, the shipping costs will remain at the customer’s expense.

Note!
Products not returned in their original packaging will only be accepted for processing if the product is still in good condition.

Exchange
It is only possible to exchange rings for a different size.
All other items can be returned for a refund.
If you want a different/new item, you need to place a new order.

Refund
For returns, the due order amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided that the product has already been received in good condition. Charmss reserves the right to refuse returned products if it turns out that they have been worn or returned outside the stipulated period.
